Can control.io tell if a building exceeds its permitted height?
The 3D reconstruction measures heights and storey counts, which can be compared with the permitted envelope. A qualified officer should confirm any finding before enforcement.
Who flies the drones for a municipality?
control.io's certified pilots, or the municipality's own drone team using our flight plans and upload app.
Does it work with scanned paper permits?
Yes. Scanned permits are read with OCR and every extracted condition keeps a link to the scanned page for review.
